Due to the activity of ingredients and hygiene of skincare no returns can be accepted once it has been delivered, unless the item is deemed faulty. If the item is faulty, please email us and we will ascertain if there is an issue with the item. If you are approved to return an item, we will respond with instructions for how to return an item from your order.
If you wrongly order a product you can request to cancel your order through the Contact us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that, we will attempt to change but regret if order has been dispatched you will have to accept the goods.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
